“Mystical Atheism for everyone!” Since: Nov 08

Here is an article that I tried to submit to a local paper that I mistakenly thought was for the little people like me (Not the Record Bee) that has blocked me from posting.
I think it is important that the populace of Lake County be informed as to just what is going on in Lucerne with the so called Liberal Arts College approved by our leaders and full knowledge of it suppressed by our local newspapers: How is leasing a county owned building to a Catholic University separation of church and state? What about those of us who still can't forget the atrocities committed by this religion against humanity? What about those of us who don't agree with their stand on abortion? What about those of who view it's sexist policies as barbaric and an affront to our intelligence? What about those of us who view this church's policy on birth control as directly responsible for much of the world's poverty? Do we have any say in what our leaders have decided without a majority vote? Here is a little bit about this so called Liberal Arts college: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marymount_Colleg... We all need to keep up with what is happening here in our county. The newspapers are not objective and have their own agenda. Stay alert and keep informed! Those in power would prefer you remain in ignorance! |

I understand your personal concerns.
But more tax revenues, more babes who could ask for anything more. They have to live somewhere if they don't choose to live on campus. They need groceries, gas, water etc. no matter what That's a great boost to a local economy. Perhaps we can get these pathetic roads paved for the first time in decades. The good, hard working family oriented folks are sorely needed. Years ago many people objected to Buddhists moving in. They are quiet, respectful, educated and almost invisible. |

Judged: 1 1 1 When the Bee, LCN, Press Democrat, SF Gate, try to silence, ban or block your opinions you know you have struck a nerve. Drill baby drill! Haven't you heard schools are big business. More student debt now than credit card debt. |
|
Are you talking about LCN/JJ ? Whatever credibility Elizabeth had JJ has destroyed. Who hasn't been blocked from that infotainment site? |
|

JJ Larson couldn't even marry into credibility. LCN is the mouth piece for the Good old Boys and girls. Sore losers from the Mitchell mob. Pat and Mary Grace McMahon Pat's Mitchell's pal and the brown man racist Youtube videos by Clint Fitzgerald produced by the mysterious MGM.

Bismark Dinius and his attorneys are suing the County of Lake, the Lake County Sheriff's Office, and thirty-four county employees (in their individual and official capacities) Jon Hopkins, Rodney Mitchell, Russell Perdock, Dennis Ostini, Lloyd Wells, C. Brown, Captain James Bauman, James Samples, Wesley Frey, Dean Pick, Andy Davidson plus one Sacramento County Sheriff's Dept. Sgt. Charles Slabaugh. Attorney Laurence Masson alleges that the County's conduct was “unconstitutional and corrupt” following the incident and throughout the court proceedings, accusing the employees of “conspiring” or “aiding and abetting one another” to conceal and fabricate evidence and defraud the court in order to prosecute Dinius for a “homicide that he did not commit”. Masson argues that this is not only constitutes malicious prosecution but is also a violation of Dinius's civil rights as granted by Title 42 section 1983 of the United States Code.
All defendants are charged with Violation of Federal Civil Rights Statute (42 U.S.C.§1983), Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and Punitive Damages. Defendants Perdock and Slabaugh are charged with Malicious Prosecution and D.A. Hopkins is charged with libel. The lawsuit was filed at the U.S. District Court in San Francisco with the assistance of Northern California Innocence Project, based out of Santa Clara. The case number is CV 103498. |

Northern California Innocence Project shared a link.
8 hours ago Marcus Lyons was wrongly convicted of rape in 1987. He was later exonerated through DNA evidence in 2007, received a full pardon in 2008 and last month he received a $5 million settlement from the town of Woodbridge for his wrongful imprisonment. Read more: http://bit.ly/NjBTFY Lyons is one of the lucky ones to be compensated for their time in prison. Many exonerees are left with nothing due to difficult compensation requirements or lack of resources to file civil suits. It's only a matter of time before Dinius and the NCIP make Lake County pay. The Lake County News still has my isp blocked!
Isn't it ironic that free press can be used to suppress free speech? I guess these folks don't believe in separation of church and state, only their own wallets! What hypocrites! |

The Buddhists bought Talmage for market value. The Catholics got the Lucerne hotel on a dollar a year lease! There is no comparison between the two and if the Buddhists had gotten the deal the Catholics got you can bet the farm that a stink would have been raised! |
It appears Clint's videos came from lcn library? WOW! |

Loser Cartoon Nonsense aka LCN has figured out how to get those extra patrols by their house, sue the sheriffs dept. Blatant discrimination, plain and simple is the foundation LCN was built on. Hope Mr Larson isn't in possession of any stolen property. |
