Sheriff: body found in Washington County victim of homicide

A man found dead in a truck in Washington County Tuesday was the victim of homicide, Sheriff Bill Hutton confirmed today.

"The victim appears to be a Hispanic male in his mid-30s."
"The victim is not a local resident."
