Terror suspect to ask for time served during sentencing

A terror suspect who pleaded guilty to conspiracy to provide support to al-Qaida will ask for time served when he is sentenced today.

Cant we just deport him to Somalia or wherever he came from.

Why are acts of adding and abetting terrorist in this country not an instant life sentence with out the possibility of parole. 15 years in prison to grow even more angry and hateful, then to be released to wage war against America again all on our Tax dollars.

If you're going to give him 15 years it should be with the general prison population. He should have to wear prison issue uniform with the words "Al-Quaida" on the back. He could learn about terrorism first hand.
