TROY W. AND THE DOCTOR SHOULD GO TO JAIL.. I HOPE THAT CARL AND SARAH EHRESMAN DO NOT GET JAIL AND FLIP ON THESE DOCTOS.. I THINK IT IS A SHAME FOR THE STAFF TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTION OF HIGHLY EDUCATED PEOPLE THAT HELD CONTROL... THE STAFF ARE JUST HOURLY EMPLOYEES TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING. NOW YOU GOOGLE THEIR NAMES AND THEY ARE FOREVER TIED TO THIS CASE.. THEY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET JOBS ETC.. HOW ARE THEY RESPONSIBLE .. THIS IS NOT FAIR.. DID YOU ALL EVER THINK OF THAT..

Sarah Ehresman will most likely be able to do a Plea Deal and get much less time or even just probation. You cannot convince me that she is so stupid to think that she can see a patient by herself, with the doctor not even on the premises, with no medical training. She is not so stupid that she thinks it is OK to write prescriptions for narcotics, on pre signed doctors Rx pads, without any input by the doctor.

Carl Ehresman has already flipped and accepted a plea deal in exchange for testimony last week. Sarah Ehresman will likely flip soon. While the Ehresmans have less culpability than Dr Jeffrey Friedlander and the owner of the clinics Troy Wubbena, they certainely are NOT innocent.

I do not think Sarah E. knew what was going on behind the scenes. I think she just did her job as she was told by T>W> and Dr. F., in the indictment it names her and the dr. or her and T.W.- those two were on site at the time of these alleged set up by the feds.. I truly beleive that she worked her 8 hours , ignored what these doctors did because she needed a job just like the rest of the world in this economy.. Still, I do not think that they should prosecute the staff who profited in no way from T.W. little enterprise or had any knowledge of what he was doing. Further, a office trained medical assistant is at the mercy of the A--whole doctors they work for. do what you are told or we wil replace you.. Now, because she worked for this guy the government is making her plead to conspircy, or she faces the same charges as these doctors. What's wrong with this picture..

It is not right or legal to knowingly commit a crime just because you want to keep a job. Sarah did benefit, though not as much as Troy Wubbena and Dr. Jeffrey Friedlander. She kept a job that paid higher than she could get elsewhere because she was willing to participate in the crimes. Once again, she knew that it was not legal to see patients when the Doctor was not in and she also knew that it was not legal to write prescriptions without the doctors direct appoval on every patient. She also know it was wrong and a crime to write the Rxs on presigned prescriton pads. It will come out in court that she was often seeing the patients when the doctor was never even in the facility that day. No one, even Sarah Ehresman, is that stupid. If she is smart (though kam seems to think she is not), she will flip ASAP, just like her husband Carl Ehresman did, and cut her losses.

I do not think she knowling committed these crimes as you state, I have no idea how much they paid her, I do not know anything about this case other than what i have read. I am sure she will flip on these Doctors. Because the idea of going to prison for 20 years for some meanial job is definately not worth anything. But, I do beleive she is a pawn in the bigger scheme of things. I do not think it is right to arrest a medical assistant for what she was being directed to do by the doctor. She will , flip as you say, but i do not think she knows as much as her husband Carl as is was much more invovled and worked there full time she as i understand was only a part time employee. i hope she tells all she knows and fry's the doctors.

Update - Sarah Ehresman flipped and agreed to a Plea Deal on 11-16-2009. She is pleading guilty to one count of felony conspiracy to illegally distribute Controlled Substances. All other charges against her will be dropped per the Plea Agreement. She will still be facing a maximum of 20 years in prison, 3 years of parole and 1 million in financial penalties. There could also be restitution to victims. Sentencing will be made at a later date by the Federal Judge and she has given up her right to contest the sentence that the judge determines is appropriate. This is all dependent on the acceptance by a Federal Judge and her cooperation with Testimony against Troy Wubbena and Jeffrey Friedlander. As part of her testimony in the Plea Agreement, she acknowledges that she knowingly commited the crimes and frequently saw patients when Dr. Jeffrey Friedlander was not even in the facility. She is stating that she did this at the direction of Troy Wubbena.

Carl Ehresman had previously flipped and agreed to a very similar Plea Agreement on 10-16-2009.

Man it's all true. I know this fool Troy. Hes an addicted nut just like his son Jeremy. Yes he had many highschool kids selling for him in Pinellas County. For example Philip Benoit or Alex who was the one who snitched on him. Philip Benoit sold for him so much that Troy gave him a nice big house to live in with friends in Tampa for awhile. This has been going on for awhile. You go to him with bunch of names he writes bunch of scripts for roxies and they go get filled. Hes scum end of story.

Four other people that are rumored to have been selling drugs for Troy Wubbena and Jeffrey Friedlander on the streets are Clarence Ward, Rajan Mitchell, Angel Clavizzao and his daughter Jacquelyn Wubbena.
