New Manager took over, it's horrible here. Everyone is leaving, homes are for sale, we don't even know who owns this community, gate is broken, pool broken, homes are falling apart. We need help here.

It seems as though you are not in the loop, it is better than it has ever been, and getting even better here at Meadowbrook with the wonderful new owners. Sorry you are not happy!

What is a good Sr. park in Lakeland? Any preferences between May Manor, Sterlings, Lakeland Gardens, or Bonny Shores? I know there are several more, but those seem to have a more reasonable cost.

In the loop? I live in the once nice community. Good people are leaving while less than desirable people are moved in. The community manager has no regard for residents, repairs of the facility or the responsible running of the park. The new owners are also very uninvolved, uncaring people. It's a money making sceme with the residents as victims. If you do move in, make sure your cover your butt, they will promise the world and recant at the moment it serves them. It would be a much better place if it was run by someone who cared about something other than themselves.

Was going to make an offer on the place on Pritchard but will look elsewhere.
I am disabled and need a place with low lot rent... 450 a month or less.
