A 10-year-old boy allegedly witnessed Bounthon Inthaxay beat another man with the handle of a two-ton jack Thursday, according to the criminal complaint filed late Friday in Cottonwood County District Court.

It does not matter, according to the Democrats, as whatever culture they come from is to be tolerated and even celebrated. Rather than demanding they assimilate, it is ok if they keep their cultural norms. Oh, what's that you say, violence is not part of their culture, then I would come back with they must have been affected by the violence in the movies and TV that permeate our society. No, they claim, that is not possible as movies do not affect anyone. Oh, I know what it was that made this guy go off, it was a gun! Yeah, that's it. He did not use one you say, then maybe he is just defective and should be locked up and removed from society. Except the socialists will claim he can be rehabed and released within 6 months if we just show him some compassion.
