Arts to Get a Funding Boost From City

In this dreadful Obamaconomy, I can't even afford to go out for a nice meal any more. But the city of Lakeland apparently has money to burn... Looks like the city is taxing us too much. Why do we keep voting these @$$h077$ back into office???????
