youth gangs terrorizing residents of Whispering Trails Subdivision

I am appalled at the gangs of teens that are the kids of RENTERS in the Whispering Trails Subdivison that have been verbally terrorizing and making threats to most of the residents in that subdivison.
Police have made reports, names have been taken and noted...and it is amazing to me that the parents of these little thugs still try to make excuses for them, even when they have been taped on surviellance cameras breaking the law, tresspassing on property etc.!! Why can't these parents control their kids!!!
What happened to parents telling kids to obey the laws, do not bother or harrass adults, stay out of private property??!!
These kids are future state prison inmates as far as I am concerned...
my cameras are up and running 24/7 ....and I am also prepared to defend my home and personal saftey if I have to....
The parents of these "kids" better keep them on a short leash!

it is pathetic..these are people that three years ago could not afford to purchase a home in what was supposed to be a nice gated community...but with the collapse of the realestate market here,....the owners are renting them out to try to keep them and these trashy assed people that are too stupid to control their delinquent kids are now living like rats amongst hard working people that CAN afford to keep their homes.

These homes could look so nice if the management group would help do there job. But;oh NO they want people to voluntarily do there job. they don't even have the guts to call the police when needed. They want free help with astronomical fees. and by the way my dues are paid yearly.

Exactlly!!! I own a house there, and I let a family member live in for free because I would rather let a family member live in it for free and KNOW that they are taking care of it, than allow some dirtbags live in it and tear it and the neighborhood up!
These renters are trashy people, they cannot even water their grass and keep it alive, much less cut the weeds when they take over the yard!!! they allow their ugly trashy kids to play in the streets and then they have the NERVE to yell at cars that have to beep at them to get out of the way!!! STREETS are for CARS NOT KIDS!! AND they call and complain to the HOA when someone asks them to keep their kids out of their yards and and asks them to take care of the trashy yard and house they live in!!
I wish they would BAN renters from the subdivision!!

I'm considering buying a home in the Whispering Trails Subdivision and I'm concerned about the situation there. Is this a safe and quiet neighbirhood or should I look somewhere else to buy a house? Is there a real problem with undesirables or were these isolated incidents?

check and see if any section 8 rentals are available if so don`t move there. section 8 parasites pollute and destroy everything in their path with their culture of filth and entitlement.

I just signed a contract to build a beautiful home in Whispering trails now I'm scared by these posts... Have things gotten better ? Please let me know it is a very good location in Winte Haven but I have lost in the past due to my neighborhood being terrorized by hoods... Lost a lot traying to keep my house empty for years while waiting for things to get better and living somewhere else, paying for two places, cashing my c.d.'s one after another till they were all gone... If any residents could please reply I'd really appreciate it I really like the location
