6) The partisan GOP/Boehner-led House would NEVER pass a democrat budget now even if they agreed with it because they want to make Dems and Obama look bad. So it's just a matter of finding some BS way to justify not passing one so they can then continue to blame Obama for one not being passed.

And here's just one favorite way they've done it: by changing Obama's budget. Since Congress approves the budget (and can and routinely does make changes to a President's PROPOSED budget), House Repukes have put in all kinds of poisoned amendments on it that naturally the Dems voted against: making the Bush tax cuts permanent, a bill that undermines women's reproductive rights, or demands a balanced budget amendment - amendments which the Republicans in Congress know the Democrats will NEVER allow to pass, yet they keep attaching them to important bills. They did the same thing to the transportation bill.

You'd have a budget right now if it weren't for greedy, corporate-owned, me-first, asshole repukes trying to supposedly "balance" the budget (that they blew up over the course of 8 years under Dubya) by gutting the middle class, the poor, the sick and the elderly. Why? So they wouldn't violate a pledge they made (TO A FREAKIN' LOBBYIST named after a muppet) to not inconvenience the disgustingly rich in this country - the one they got rich off of!
