I didn't vote for Romney, I voted for the Libertarian candidate, former New Mexico governor Gary Johnson. I'm not bitter, I'm perplexed that Americans still buy all the horse $hit thrown at them by the Dems and the Pubs. No more subsidies, no more tax breaks, cuts or incentives. Level the playing field and let the market reign. If companies choose to outsource their work in foreign countries then treat them like foreign companies. But this notion that if I have more than someone else that I should be forced to give up what is mine is moronic. It will insure that the gap between the haves and the have nots will deepen and widen. You may rail against the Pubs but the Dems are just as much to blame for how things are. I have family thats lives just inside the canada border, they seam to like the health care up there better than here. Even though he works for trans canada oil and pipe line company. He said only the ultra rich come to america for healthcare because they don't want to wait in line or things insurance won't cover....I.E..NOSE DOESN'T LOOK GOOD SO I WANT IT AND FACE REAL BUILT LIKE A MOVIE STAR.
My dad did appeal, and if you know anything at all about insurance, which I'm beginning to find you really don't.
The appeal rests with the insurance company having the last word.
Or they raise your rate so high you drop them. Either way they win and don't pay.

Depends on how you came across it. If it was due to rigging the game then damn right you should give it back. In the last 10 years we have added 10T to that debt? Where did all that money go? The poor are still poor and the middle class has lost ground? 90% of the increase in wealth has went to the top 2%. How about we pay down the 10T in debt accumulated by taking it back from the people who stole it? Unless you think it's fair that they get an extra 10T and you and I get a bill for about 50K in national debt.

Well you have to look beyond the CEO then. Did you know that as long as the CEO's compensation is performance based (not good performance only, just "performance" based), the compensation is a corporate tax deduction.This was presented by, and passed into law in 1993, with the Democrats in control of the House, Senate, and POTUS.(Surprise huh?)
