Same old freak RL poster with the pathological hatred of Crosby and Hanson. Get a life you crank. These guys and the rest of the board are saving your bacon while you sit around in your underpants taking shots. Both verbally and likely physically. What are you on, gin or or really cheap gin? I assume you have a still as well you hayseed.
They sure are doing a great job.Now we have no paramedics.Keep up the good work morons. With your pal (boss)being such a tub of lard you would think he would keep an ambulance in his driveway.

Wow. You were passed out for a long time since your last post. Probably awakened by your breath.

As usual, you are wrong. While your head was about to explode from the crap you drink, the village board replaced the ARS with a former contractor to ARS (Superior/Metro). By the way, that entity is also suing ARS for damages due to what they say is a breach of contract by the ARS. More trouble for Brian and the boys. ARS is done in the Village in one week as the contractor takes over in a six month direct reporting relationship to competent management within the Village. A first for residents. They will be replaced later by a new EMS unit under AFD command just as is the case almost everywhere in the USA.

As for your other sophomoric comments, if hurling hateful comments at others makes the pain of your own miserable existence ease a little, I think others will understand the desperation of your situation. Being a hateful name calling coward is never a good role to be in, but in your weakened mental and moral state, who can criticize your pathetic role on these posts?

Ain't that the truth? I only hope this guy lives in the township. As a village taxpayer I have no interest in paying to haul him away when his liver finally implodes. What a total tool.

Isn't that the heavy set lady with the sharp tongue and short temper who nearly bankrupted Antioch? Daphne Larsoney or something like that?

I agree about the new ambulance service. A good step forward.

With ARS being replaced just in time for their annual fundraiser, that's got to be a hit in the pocketbook. I had my check ready to mail, as I've done every year in the past. I'm thinking it's not a good idea to send it.

I can't beleive the Fire District is staying with these clowns ARS. If I call for rescue I am requesting the fire dept., no way are they treating anybody in my family! The fire district better wake up and get rid of ARS.

You will get both. No luck required. Both PROFESSIONALLY managed, and you won't be hearing of IDPH investigations, law suits, and embezzlement. So glad to live in the village.

Except the fact that Superior Ambulance EMT's and Paramedics are more adept at being a taxi cab then actually handling an emergency. Yes, they are fully trained and certified, but something is to be said for experience. I doubt they have much experience extricating a car crash victim, or responding a boat accident, or any trauma call for that matter. They're good people, they just dont have the experience.

Don't be a ARS rah rah Thats not there job , Thats what the Antioch fire and rescue is for.If I was needing a rescue I would prefer to have a fire dept person than "ANYONE " from a paramedic squad trying to extract me .

If what you say is true, we have had very bad service for many years, because this same company subcontracted to the ARS for weekday rescue service 5 days a week from early morning until night, in Antioch, for years.

Bottom line, I think you are not correct. They have been doing all kinds of rescue support for many years in our town - and still would be if ARS had not shot themselves in the foot with the Village, and had there not been a lawsuit filed months ago by Superior Metro against ARS for alleged breach of contract in a dispute not over service, but the use of Superior Metro employees as volunteers after hours.

Check your facts, and please stop fear mongering.

You need to understand how that system worked. The people that provided service were members of ARS, who had been working there for sometime. Hence they were exposed to the different calls that the regular Superior people were not. Superior like any other private ambulance company just moves people from nursing home to hospital. They dont have experience thinking on their feet, or dealing with traauma calls. They were not by definition first responders. Again, they are certified the same, but they just didnt run the same calls. The Metro people who staffed ARS had years of first responder experience before being put there full time.

ARS don't do extricating, or boat rescues, the Fire Dept. does these things. They don't even have the tools for auto or truck extrication, or do they have a rescue boat! They treat and transport only!! And the fire dept. are using thier own EMT's and Paramedics to staff those vehicles and are just leasing those rescue vehicles from Superior!
