Learn how to spell. What evidence have you seen? You know nothing about the investigation. Officers and lawyers are completing an investigation the same way they complete any investigation - by the book. Tax payer money is such a joke - next time you or a family member need help - call a mailman. What do you expect the mayor to do. You are obviously a cop hater and are a disgrace to your so-called cop family members. Cops go to work every day to protect and keep order. They are human beings working hard at their job no matter how frightening and disturbing it can be. They see the evils of the world that you could never imagine. They put in many extra hours that they do not get paid for. They have heart and compassion to do the right thing. They help people. Do you? Cops run to trouble to help when others run away. They are treated badly by ignorant people like you. But I bet they better run and help you when you need it. Take your miserable attitude and start appreciating all that cops do.
