Are you 100% sure that the people who live in Sonoma Ranch do not work and that they are not already paying some of your bills? Where did you get this idea that you are entitled to other people's income? When Mr. Obama said you all could afford to "spread the wealth." What the heck did YOU think he meant?

Harry Teague is a Hero to my family and friends. You can't vote on something you don't understand yourself. No way those who voted for it knew the total meaning of it or the inpact it was going have on each of us. Thanks Harry.

Congratulations to Congressman Teague. Even though I'm a registered Republican, I think it was very courageous on Contressman Teague's part to vote his conscience instead of caving in to Nancy Pelosi. I wish the vast majority of Democrats had the intestinal fortitude to vote their consciences instead of blindly going along with our socialist/nazi leaders of the pack. It that were the case I would become a Democrate AGAIN. Fred

Wow wrote: I am so happy he didn't vote yes for that bill by Stupid Stupak. Nobody has any business deciding a sensitive subject for a female--its hard enough already having to decide to do something like abortion. People need to stay out of this process and mind their own business and it shouldn't be part of the "negotiating," process between these dumb a$$ politicians. And um duh, if some female who cannot afford to get an abortion applies for assistance with the procedure that's a good thing--otherwise if she cannot you tight a$$ conservatives will and would end up complaining that she would need to be on welfare to raise the child--so make up your minds. Which would you rather the money go to??!! Wrong...federal funds should not be used to pay for abortions, period! I could care less what a woman wants to do her body, and if she wants an abortion then she should pay for it, not me or any other citizens who believe it’s wrong, again, I'm not against a women’s right to chose, but not on my dime!!!

Caving in to the anti-abortion cultists is the purpose of the Hyde amendment. No other effort to put up with the cultists is necessary. Using federal funds should damn well not be used to pay for illegal and immoral wars and killing LIVING HUMAN BEINGS.

Roy- like I said, I don’t care what a women does to or with her body, or am I advocating taking a women's right/convenience to choice away, if they want an abortion then they pay for it, not me! Your rant about the wars is getting old too, your boy is in office, he can stop both wars now if he wanted, so you don’t have a leg to stand on as far as I’m concerned, I mean, isn’t that one of many promises he lead you liberal sheep to believe he would do and why you fo*ols voted him into office?

Fortunately or unfortunately President Obama is doing exactly what he said he'd do. Make a rational and deliberate withdrawal from Iraq and focus on Afghanistan. Dubya and his team of incompetents created such a mess it will take years to get unwound. "Your rant about the wars is getting old too" The rant by the anti-abortion cultists is already old but the equivalency is applicable.

Roy- if you want to pay for some woman’s abortion be my guest, I won’t stop you, as a matter of fact why doesn’t the entire pro-choice lobby pick up the tab for women who can’t afford an abortion by donating "their" money, make sense to me? Obama may be doing what he “promised” as far as the war goes, but he can’t make a decision when it comes to the war he called “good and necessary”, and don’t give me that crap he’s being deliberate and not rushing his decision on what to do in Afghanistan, he’s not listening to the General he put in charge, but instead he’s listening to the liberal wing of your party, he’s a typical Democrat when it comes to Foreign Policy…weak, making all the same mistakes Johnson did in Vietnam, letting the politicians call the shots when he should be listening to his HMFIC!
