Santa Rosa city manger faces felony charges

Eyewitness News 4 has learned felony charges are pending against the city manager of Santa Rosa after his confrontation with police.

well its about time that the roybals face the music, he couldn't make it in bernalillo, santa rosa or edgewood in law enforcement and the mayor appointed him as interm city manager (ha) almost had the whole city force resign. His wife had a highly publicized DUI in Abq and fights in Santa Rosa while her husband was Chief and they got swept under the rug

He is the city manager as appointed by Mayor Joseph Campos, illegally appointed city manager. He has never been approved by the City Council. He got the appointment not because of he qualifications, or lack there of, but because he's one of Joseph Campos' buddies.

What happened Saturday night with "Mayor" Campos, his lovely, so educated wife Christina Rivas Campos de la you know what, "City Manager" Roybal and yes stuck in the 80's wife Yolanda? The only person at fault is the mayor, Joseph Campos. He has hired Jesus numerous times as, Chief, Lieutenant, adviser and now intern City Manager. I do not understand why Jesus was put in a position that requires some type of knowledge being you can go to www.nmcourts.com and see that Jesus cannot manage his own bills and now oversees the City budget. Jesus hurt lot of people’s livelihood as Chief and as the saying goes “what comes around goes around”. Enough said!!!!!!!!!!
