Portland police arrest 23-year-old in a bias crime

Portland police have arrested a 23-year-old man, accused of kicking a teenager in the head and causing her a concussion after having asked her about her sexual orientation in downtown Portland last month.

The motivation for the creep to assault the young woman is immaterial to me the scum bag needs to go to jail and get a little man love himself.
