Court hits replay on music-swap trial

"Davis is expected to instruct the jurors that the record companies need to prove that someone actually downloaded the music Thomas-Rasset allegedly made available.."

It would appear to me that they can not "prove" that anyone downloaded the music even if it was available unless they can come up with witness' who will testify that they downloaded music from here site. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

They need to just leave her alone. Bunch of blowhard bureaucrats with an intangible product that they did nothing to help create bullying a young mother.
