Rick Zerr has done alot for people in Saint Charles County. A lot of families have benifited from his practice andas a judge in previous yrs. As far as the $ situation goes. You are only going by what carter says, go downtown saint charles and pull the records you will be suprised.

This, and the other posts above it, show that no matter how many times mike posted on this board, the people won't be fooled.

I think you meant Zerr 61% to Carter 39%.

An independent survey of likely St. Charles County voters shows that Michael E. Carter is leading Rick Zerr in a race for the judgeship in Circuit 11, Division 4, St. Charles County.
Carter with 61% and Zerr with 39% of likely voters.
The election for the St. Charles County judgeship will be held on November 7, 2006.
Michael E. Carter has focused on educating St. Charles County's youth about local judicial processes.
Rick Zerr stumps his mediation skills and desire to bring more mediation to family law.
Both are certified mediators.

The voters showed who was the best man for the position yesterday. Now what does Carter have to say, mud slinging against another isn't what the voters want to hear or see in office. They want someone who will be honest and look at the positive aspects at all times. Sorry Carter, nice try, but next time try playing fair. What is the old saying, "Sticks and stones may break........ you get the point..... Congradulations Rick Zerr, the best man for the position.

Sure has gotten quiet from the C-section.

Fortunately the people recognized who was quality and will best serve the position.
