How can it be that my representative has no contact info available? Isn't he supposed to hear from the residents he represents?

You must mean Slyman. It probably is because the guy claims he has pissed off too many people in Lake St. Louis and has to carry a gun to the alderman meetings. I think they post signs that you can't have guns in meetings, since the Kirkwood thing. But then Harry never followed the rules and no one in that town has the balls to force him to follow rules. the Mayor is a goofy leader and the police chief is a politician and part of the town good old boy crowd.
Between those people and the CA, which wants to raise fees from $450 to $750 in htis economy, that town is going to die fast.

Vote NO on the wastefeul cost expansions of the Community Association. Why should all CA members pay for the golf, or swimming, or tennis, or whatever of the few in the cliques that dominate the course.

And why do they need to renovate the Clubhouse that was just recently completed. Apparently they planned the building so poorly due to short-sightedness that it is now nearly blighted. Charlotte Norton wants to prevent blight in the city, I guess she scared them a little!

Yes, I was referring to Slyman. No contact info. but he wants to "represent" us. Um, I understand that attendance records show he misses almost half the Board meetings as well.

Great going Mr. Slyman!

Yes, Slyman misses many meetings. And yes, he is packing heat at the meetings, but from what I was told he has the blessing of the board to do so. He probably would have anyway. I don't think the chief was involved in that decision. Since they have to repeat everything said at the meetings for him, I doubt he would remember you contacted him anyway.
