All inclusive Playground is a great idea but the equipment used looks cheap and faded

It may be well worn, because tons of kids use the playground, but the equipment is anything but cheap. This was a very expensive project, and must of the equipment was specially designed and built to accomodate kids of all abilities.

I'm just saying there are playgrounds that are around for years and the good companies equipment will not fade. I just think they could have chose a better company to buy from

Look at the bright side....oh you just notice the faded equipment (if it is) What about the kids its there for, they love it and could care less if the play ground looks cheap to you. It's been well love and will be long after your on to your next rude remark. Think about it!

The reviewer sure was concerned about shade. If it's that much of a concern, try going to Busch Wildlife for a nature walk through one of the many trails or Quail Ridge (Wait, no shade around the playgrounds there either). If you put a canopy over everything, then you're going to have people complaining that you can't find a place to sit and enjoy the weather. Face it, we live in Missouri. If you're hot in the sun, it's going to pretty darned warm in the shade too. Our family loves the playground. We just come prepared for the heat if it's a warm day. Light clothes and plenty of water/gatorade. Also, about the clear plexiglass comment, just microchip your kid if you can't keep track of him/her on a playground. Seriously.
