I don't have to sneak over there. I already live there.

It appears that the topix Lake Saint Louis page and the Wentzville page are actually one and the same. This pole was meant for Wentzville folks.

I heard they caught a non CA member there a few years ago and it cost him a few thousand dollars in fines and legal fees. Hardly worth it for a few fish.

You couldn't be more incorrect about the creek origins. To start, the Loutre River in Montgomery County flows into the Missouri near Hermann. The Callaway plant is west of the Loutre. So, unless the Peruque can jump the Loutre and then flow uphill it can not possibly start west of the Loutre.

Second. The Callaway Plant does not feed the Peruque Creek in any way. The Callaway plant discharge flows about 5 miles souht into the Missouri River. Peruque Creeks flows into the Mississippi River many miles north of the confluence of the Missouri and Mississippi. No much of a chance of waters from Callaway making it into Peruque Creek.

As for the skiers wearing full-body suits, I can't answer that, but a better reason for that - and the fishing issues, would be wastewater discharge from both Foristell and Wright City.

A 2002 study showed that the wastewater discharge and sedimentation from run-off of the communities along the upper Peruque Creek (above Lake St. Louis) did not present significant problems to water quality.
