Who cares? Tigard is a lousy place to live. Spending this much money on this place is a waste.
See that artist's rendition? Tigard is OVERCAST and raining, drizzling, snowing, sleeting, hailing at least 9 and sometimes 11 months out of the year. Does that artist think they are living in the South?
This is a joke. Someone spend some money on figuring out who the heck is throwing watermelons out of a fast moving car. What if they had thrown them at PEOPLE? That could have been murder.
What about spending money on that? Wastrels.

Tigard redevelopment plans stalling
A long-anticipated downtown revival here is stalling because rights-of-way have not yet been purchased and some landowners are balking at selling to the city.
