Moving to Sedona, Unloading trucks???

Hello,

I am 90% sure I am moving to Sedona in 3 weeks. We have a moving truck taking our things from Ohio but they do not unload.

Does anyone know how I can hire workers to unload my household items. I do not want to hire day workers, so if you know of a company I can call, I would appreciate it.

Also, the house we are moving into is 2,200sq ft. Can anyone give me an idea of the utilities? I know the house has gas and electric. I am not sure what else I will have to pay.
