We have busybody resident who walks around the neighborhood with another neighbor and has actually been seen taking notes about what others are doing. She has created problems between other neighbors, calls the police when she doesn't like something and continually bad mouths others. She continually walks and circles the neighborhood looking for something she can complain about and make trouble for others. The kids in the neighborhood cannot doing anything within sniffing distance without her complaining and/or calling the police.
People in the neighborhood will either walk the other way when they see her coming or go back inside until she goes away.
It's impossible to have a conversation with her, she is bitter, angry and doesn't have a nice word about anything or anyone.
I am hoping by posting this she will see or someone who knows her will see and tell her NO ONE on the neighborhood likes or appreciates her behavior. She has actually been heard telling others that her grandson is a loser... who does this?
You cannot confront her because it will only create more problems and she will really focus her ire on you.

who does this?.....someone who has a loser for a grandmother. cheer up...maybee a bear or deer will get her.

I think it's an absolute disgrace that Service Electric Cable isn't granting automatic refunds for the 2 weeks they could not provide service. In fact, I've called their offices twice (they've even taken their Northern NJ telephone number off their website) and they tell me they are waiting for the owner to decide whether or not he will refund those days/weeks. Are you kidding me? What's there to think about. We paid for a service we didn't receive. CUT AND DRY.
STICK TOGETHER PEOPLE! DON'T WHIMP OUT! THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN SCREWING IT'S CUSTOMERS FOR YEARS WITH NO END IN SIGHT. DON'T JUST SIT THERE AND TAKE IT. MAKE A NUISANCE OF YOURSELF. KEEP CALLING THEM TO ASK FOR CREDIT FOR THE DAYS/WEEKS YOU DIDN'T HAVE SERVICE. BELIEVE ME, THEY CAN AFFORD IT! DON'T PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDN'T GET...THE OWNER OF SE CABLE WOULDN'T, WHY SHOULD YOU?
All I had to do was call T-Mobile and they asked me how many days I didn't have a signal and they credited me right then and there for the time my service was out. Why shouldn't we hold the cable providers to the same standard. JCP&L will be adjusting their bills (so I'm told), why not SE Cable.
