I have live in Sterling Heights, MI and have a cottage in Farwell, MI. I am very upset this happened. This would of been a profitable thing for that city. Not to mention, this was going to my annual girls weekend weekend trip!

Lucky, my friend got all her money back because she put the tickets on a credit card and they reimbursed her.

Mean people suck!

I put my 4 tickets & 4 camper passes on a debit card. Does anyone know if that would work the same as a credit card to dispute the charges?? Thanks for any input.

We got the money back via our credit card. It took some work, but we got back $762 bucks. Now we are going to the CMA Festival in Nashville, a long standing, proven event. We should have done this one again anyways!! What were we thinkin!

I filed a complaint with the Attorney General months ago. They did nothing! I have had $833 stolen from me and I guess I will never see it again.

I live in Farwell and I liked the idea of the Festival bringing in jobs and money for the community. My biggest complaint is the people that go to the concerts throwing trash in our yard! It was just disrespectful the way these people treated our town and our property. We have never had trouble with this sort of thing before. If they are going to continue I only ask that people show some respect to other people's property.

Are there any updates about this situation? I would really like my $600 back. I work hard and earned that money, unlike those who set this whole thing up. If there is anything we can do let me know.

I loved the first rock fest. It was so much fun. Just me and my bro, hanging out with people who loved rock and roll. What a good time it was. But when I saw the look on my mothers face, how upset and depressed she was that our Christmas present was stolen from us, I couldn't help but feel anger towards these people.

I can't believe this happened. Anyone figure out what's happening?

way to go Dustin.
You were right on when you were defending your parents "ROCKWOOD", ripoff, by Phil Coultrip.
I just hope you were told how much insight you have
and everyone should respect your worry about your
parents investments. Way to go Dustin.

OMG Dusty, you are so wise. How come you do not run the ROCKWOOD?
Commen sence can not be taught, yet you have it! I am so proud
of you.
You have learnt so young, there is no free lunches. Your people
fell for the "Con" and they did not see thru the real picture.
This IS CALLED GREED.
You want to believe what is told to you and not what is real.\
Thank you Dusty for not falling for the easy picture.

Let's put our money together and buy back that place and make it happen! Phil got in over his head, it happens. The economy was in a nose dive and he did it anyway. I have to say, a simple fact is, it was good for more than a few local businesses. Perhaps we could do a non-profit show, Farm-Aid is a huge draw for people, maybe something for the Veterans? Can we do it? Who wants it?

Sounds like a great idea! Clare County needs things like this!
