What do people think about crime in Charlotte? I think the get tougher policy is an improvement. The DA in Charlotte refused to prosecute the burglar you robbed us at an apartment.

I saw the aricle on the WSOC site about Judge Boner and crime. I work in the justice system in a nearby county. The problem is we have some judges which are pathetic. One is judge Robert Johnston from Charlotte. This guy is SO weak he is a joke. He does absolutely nothing to repeat criminals. He has no business being a criminal court judge. We need to vote these types of judges out and get someone who can do the job.

The DA's here want the big one's like Brock Franklin's case. Easy, LAWYER that does their bidding.
They are not worried about the crime and the habitual criminals, all they are worried about is making a big deal , that they sneak around and hide things. It was soooo easy for them . All they had to do is tell this family to take l0 years, or he would be boxcarred in with eighty. Then in the paper they say , I think he's satisfied with what he got , because if it went to trial, he would have received 25. Big difference from eighty. All they have to do is intimidate kids that don't know how the law works or the parents for that matter.
They are not worried about the crime in Charlotte, the police work and work bringing them in and then they are let go. They are sooo scared to do anything because Jesse or Al or SBI itself will start investigating the whole crowd . That's what should be done. The whole justice system should be checked into. They are liers, deceitful, gutless, quirks.
Course that's just my opinion.!!!

"Whatever" failed to mention that her son (Brock Franklin) decided to drink drunk and killed 2 people back in 2006. He was sentenced to 12 yrs, so I would say they did an excellent job at taking one criminal off the street. At least he won't have the opportunity to destroy any other innocent families.
I wish everyone would have the opportunity to read the part of the transcript where Brock stated on a previous occasion that he drunk so much that he passed out and when he woke up his mom was washing his face with a wash cloth. 3 of his friends that were there that nite, said he mom was supervising.
So I find it quite funny that someone who is upset because they feel their child should have gotten a slap on the wrist, can say they are not doing enough to fight crime.

You write that Brock decided to "drink drunk"?

You're such a moron and yet you think that you're opinion is so important and without flaw.

Do you know if the driver of the other car was also "drink drunk"? Or wasnt that information in the transcript you mention? Did anyone even check to learn if the other driver had been drinking?

The great investigation was lacking in any real detail concerning the accident.

There you go again attacking. No one can talk to an attacker. Like I said before you like to hear yourself talk. And the stuff you put on here is basically from the media. Yes there was a transcript. And they didn't get the whole story. But who and what do I know. It was a 160 page transcrip. There's only 51 pages showing. Ms. Know it all.

We know one thing Brock WAS DRUNK.....I love how you will defend a drunk driver, I wonder if you would feel the same way if this was a member of your family. Maybe you will be able to prove that he wasn't drunk.
Hopefully you will dedicate some of your time defending some REAL INNOCENT people that are in jail.

Mr. Bill, there wasn't any investigation, drunk wrong way they got him. So they were told.
And the transcript was a bunch of bull. They didn't check with the doctors to see if Brock was up to an interrogation.
The transcript was about beer, who bought the beer, and the community.
They should have asked about the Myers Park Country Club where the AlE caught underage drinkers there. Did anyone ever hear about that?
Doubt it. Rich folk. And people who have aquaintances (sp) to get their kids off that night. Didn't even register.

I think we can all figure out that Brock Franklin had been drinking.

Let me ask you again. Had the driver of the other car also been drinking? How fast was he traveling? Where was he headed and where had he been before the accident?

I'll bet you cant answer any of these questions because this information was never publicized, and likely never even investigated.

When you dont have a trial and the prosecutor is relieved of the burden of proof, then what we are all left with is idiots like you; who think of themself as some kind of righteous hand of society.

But I am not impressed by your false outrage. What you're really enjoying is this game of torment and revenge with a person you think is the mother of Brock Franklin.

PS- did the "victim" have a Myspace page?

I know, I read much of the garbage in that transcript. If you're interested in learning about the accident then dont read this report, there is nothing about the accident in this report.

The whole case was a sham.

You never answer the question whether the other driver had been drinking. Dont you think this would be nice to know? Especially considering your moral aversion to drinking and driving.

Your not opposed to drinking and driving? I guess you have to actually be injuried or lose a love one for you to be opposed to it.
