Sounds to me like this guy was all cut up and we'll be finding his body parts all over the state. Humpty Dumpty all over again!

The police told the public there's no need to worry. WHY? Because they used to find at least 3 cut up bodies instead of one?

I live in the area the body parts were found and find it very sad our local police are more interested in giving traffic tickets than helping people here. I know of instances were people have been burgularized and the police didn't even show up since the burgulars had already left the premises. One policeman said we have one of the highest crime rates in the state. Our local Valley Press won't report on the things that happen here unless it makes the other news headlines. If you want a safe place to live don't move here, you'll be sorry you did.

Connie, you are free to move about. Why are you still there and why blame the police?

The Lancaster Palmdale and Lake Los Angeles are the dumping grounds to dump bodys and now body parts. They will never find out who it is the rest of him shows up.May be the rest of him will show up.The cops iam supprise they show up only thing they care abouth is giving tickets and if you are out at 3:00am beware they are board and will pull you over just to ask you where your are going and if you have ever been arrested.that is just a warning just beware of them. You dont have to be doing any thing wrong all you have to be doing is driving home from work or what ever and the dam cops will pull you over.at least this time its for some thing more important finding a hand and now another part of a mans body..The cops out here are like the hicks in the south.andy and barney of mayberry. Part time cops with nothing to do but drive up and down 170th and ave 0. no donut shops to hang out just a dum dairy to get a cup of coffee and sweet roll to pass the time.

yea i live near Challenger Middle School and I am very sad to know that someone would dump a body over here, especially near a school. I feel bad for those kids who found the leg and torso as they were walking home from school!...

Yeah. Then he cut himself up and dumped his body parts around at different times. The head was rolling around calling out "Come back and fight, it's only a flesh wound".

It's the same on most places. Police want to make money for the county by levying and enforcing fines. Fighting crime is a public relations position they take on TV and an excuse for being funded by tax money. IT's tough to impossible to convince the police to investigate a crime if you are not a celebrity.
