I love the unmanned part! But unarmed?? If it's against the law to cross our boarders why isn't it ok to shot them?? Has our country become so PC that if an American Boarder Patrol officer was standing on American soil and confronted illegal's crossing into our country he would do nothing??? There is not another country in the world that would allow this....why us? It's no longer a few hundred. It's no longer a few thousand. It's no longer a few hundred thousand. It's MILLIONS for G-ds sake! When is enough enough?

This is just one more excuse for not building the fence they promised.

Now they can pretend they don't need one at all.

What we really need is mandatory E Verify and we need local law enforcement
to begin enforcing immigration laws. That they do not is just appalling to me.
Five of the nineteen 9/11 hijackers were in violation of our immigration laws. They were illegally present in our country, and could have been detained or removed. Four of those hijackers had been pulled over for traffic violations and were in contact with police who did not check their immigration status with the federal government. 9/11 could have been prevented.

MEXICO CITYŚLos Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa says politicians in the United States should focus on building bridges instead of walls on the U.S. border with Mexico.
Villaraigosa says Los Angeles has greatly benefited from the cultural diversity of its residents. He says there are people from 37 different countries living there and that most Latinos in Los Angeles are of Mexican heritage.

"We should focus on what we have in common instead of focusing on our differences," Villaraigosa, who is of Mexican heritage, said Monday after a meeting with Mexico City Mayor Marcelo Ebrard.

Before traveling to Mexico City, Villaraigosa attended the opening for Guadalajara city's International Book Fair where Los Angeles was the featured city this year.

Court refuses to block 'immigrant-reporting' law
By Howard Fischer
Capitol Media Services
Tucson, Arizona | Published: 12.03.2009

PHOENIX Ś The Arizona Supreme Court refused late Wednesday to block enactment of a new state law that requires public employees to report illegal immigrants.
Without ruling on the merits of the law, the justices said that the League of Arizona Cities and Towns, which had asked that the law be struck down as illegal, had not shown that the issue merited being taken directly to the state's high court.

I wonder what they spent the money on?

Emergency room treatment for illegals?
Food stamps for illegals?
School for illegals?

I somehow bet the Drone Aircraft operators will be told to ignore illgeal immigrants and look for more important stuff, like some poor guy who's speeding on his way to work.

Illegals have no worries.

As long as Comrade Pelosi and Napolitano are in charge, the camera's on the Drones' won't be hooked up.

Pelosi and Napolitano would ONLY arm the cameras with weapons or cameras if there are some "minutemen' or other citizen patriots who could be taken out.

Predator UAV's sensors can surveil a huge swath of ground at one time, allowing the Border Patrol to put their ground personnel where the smugglers are, rather than wasting time patrolling places with no smuggling.
As for comments about arming them, that is laughable. I have some familiarity with the ordinance the military versions carry, anti-tank Hellfires that can be used against, well tanks, think very powerful warheads, or cluster munitions that I guarantee will leave unexploded ordinance afterward. I can guarantee border land owners do not want either on their property, nor do they want EOD teams combing the property afterward for left over bomblets. Lets be less flippant folks.

So many complainers, yet many of these same people continue to use the services of illegal workers.
When there are no work options for illegals to take up, then the situation will reverse itself.
Begin by publicly boycotting the businesses that hire illegals. Mow your own lawns, wash your own cars, clean your own homes, and don't hire service companiess that cannot verify each of their employees as being a legal resident or citizen.
You have choices.
