That's it... no wonder criminals just keep on committing crimes. The sentence does not fit the crime!

"Haywood County Superior Court Judge Ronald Payne sentenced Yow to a sentence of 45-64 months in prison followed by a 48- to 60-month suspended sentence and 60 months probation. Yow was also ordered to pay restitution to the victims of his crimes during his probation."
Convicted of 20 felonies. Yeah sure, he'll be able to pay restitution during his probation. No way. He's going to make that money how? He'll be right back in to serve the suspended sentence or gone with the wind one.
