When this WORM tries to wriggle free claiming that he was under the influence of drugs, or that he suffered diminished capacity because he wasn't cuddled as a baby, remember that he was cognizant enough to SHOOT the Trooper when he felt he was about to be arrested, STEAL the dying trooper's gun from him, FLEE the scene, and then REMOVE license plates from the vehicles before continuing his flight. After all of that, he SHOT AT pursuing officers apparently 4 times before he SURRENDERED after a struggle. Every new detail on this case paints a worse picture for this sorry excuse for a human being. Too bad he was released from Florida - I've seen nothing in the paper about his "family" - perhaps some Investigative Reporting can provide details other than his EXTENSIVE criminal history.

Under the influence defense was concerning me too. I am one hundred percent with you on your entire post. Every move he made was conscious and deliberate. WLOS stated he has 3 dependents and has never filed taxes. That's about all I've heard on his "family."

It's a shame that our tax dollars will provide food and shelter for this pile of fecal matter. How many free nights and continental breakfasts will we have to pay for before this waste of oxygen takes his last breath in our taxpayer supported death chamber.

I'd have to go through all the WLOS videos again to get the link, but they also showed video of him in Fla. on a gurney shot and if I'm remembering correctly during his assault on officer and attempted escape. Just not shot dead enough. :-(

We can post until we're blue in the face. This turd of a human being will be allowed due process just like any other offender. It will be years before justice is served.

yes 4 shots were fired two at the trooper and 2 at the cops who wrote this lol i mean yes 4 shots were fired i think the shp died from cunshot he had to be shot from the 2 of the 4 shots since he was shot twice it said. the guy was killed leave it at that till all this comes out. and it will in court wong will plea guilty tell all that happend and he will get life not death for the guilty plea. till then stop trying to make news out of nothing 4 shots were fired yes.. I say the shp tried to put cuffs on him after he found a pistol on him Wong hit him or got loose. Then fired twice and hit the trooper and he hit the ground Wong stood over him got his pistol left. Then ditched the car got the plates off he ran on the laptop. Then tried to leave and they caught up to him and when he fired back at them with 2 of the 4 shots. They should have fired back and saved the tax payers some money and saved the shp's wife and family alot of grif cause we all know in the end with the guilty plea he will just get life. and be a hero in prison for killing a shp.

Yes, I agree with you totally. And this piece of trash is still breathing air and living and has no regard for human life, and Trooper Blanton is gone from us.

oh yeah and another thing..
The Highway Patrol has said one of the guns found in Wong’s truck was Blanton’s service weapon. Thats from the paper here. like Wong not having a job could afford a Sig Sauer P229. That is what most if not all the SHP are using now. A man with no job would not have that HIGH end of a pistol. Anyone that knows anything knows the Sig was Shawn's gun not the other 2 junk. Its a darn shame this happend and the news can't even report this right. I say STOP trying to make up stuff. And just wait till all the facts come out in a few months. Whoever wrote this does not know anything about guns or what they are worth. Do some research before writing stuff. I mean lol its funny to read I mean like Wong had a Sig lol and the trooper had a XD-9,or Keltec P11, is the smallest and lightest 9 millimeter ever made. Now ill try to help you CTimes. Most all law enforcement now and SHP carry the Sig Sauer most are 357 sig or 40 cal. Now of the three guns here the one that is the smallest of the three I would say that would fit in your pants and I would say that was the weapon that killed Shawn the Keltec P11 . Anyone else that thinks differnt please write and tell but no Wong did not have a Sig. It just kills me the people that write this stuff seems to know nothing about the real world. Most anyone that knows guns knows that a Sig is around $600 to $700 bucks used around $500 or so. I just am at a loss here.

The SIG Sauer P226 is a full-sized, service type pistol chambered for the 9x19mm Parabellum,.40 S&W and .357 SIG. Its design is based on the venerable SIG Sauer P220. The P226 has come to be known as one of the most distinguished combat pistols in existence because of its reliability and durability.

I say he stole all the guns. after doing some research on them. The Keltec p11 the one that shot Shawn with is around 300 to 400. The other I have not found a price yet. But from reading about the XD-9 it is a very good pistol to. About the same as a Sig or Glock. I have done some research on You tube for those like Jon Ostendorff the one that wrote this and others that knows very little about guns. XD-9 is a very nice gun and some cops in sure use it. But so far most the SHP around here that I see use the Sig. I have never heard of the XD-9 but here is some on it the guns if you care to take a little time and watch. And I say the one that killed Shawn was the Keltec 9 how do I know that?? Well its the smallest of the three I say Shawn felt it and thats when all this took place afterwards.

do research and most of what the times wrote about the guns was copied and paste look here to find more..

Maybe Jon Ostendorff should have looked at what
Plagiarism is when he was on wikipedia.
Plagiarism is the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original work.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plagiarism
Go back and read this agian and then follow the links I have posted on here. He copied it word for word. Hell give me a job at the paper I can do whan Jon does and even better. I did post links to view the pistols I say this will be taken down soon after I post this since it found that Jon is a thief!!! Please for Shawn just stop writing on this till the truth comes out and stop making thinks up and then copy and paste it like its your words... Someone should turn you in for Plagiarism
