It is, as unions do not profit from health insurance.

Your statement does not make sense.
Most unions are fighting to get, or fighting to keep health insurance. Not as a profit center; but rather as an important quality-of-life issue for their members.

There are only one group profiting from health insurance - the insurers themselves.
