Kudos to State Rep Jack Franks!! I tried to contest an Algonquin right-on-red after receiving a blurred picture and video on line.
M. Marco never even answered me and Alg Vlg Pres Schmitt had his secretary tell me 'she'd be happy to play the video for me in the lobby kiosk'...whatever! If I didn't pay the $100. fine on time, I would also have to pay an additional $100. late fee.
Alqonquin revenues for the first six months of 2009 totaled $340,504. Right-on-red? Target problem areas and improve safety? Perhaps somebody else should join the efforts of State Rep Jack Franks!
