I too felt that Dr. Van Dop did a wonderful job with my daughter. However, we did not receive a phone call or letter from the office despite the fact that we live across the street from it. We found out on 7/5 when we tried to call to get help with a medical emergency. We also heard in the outgoing phone message that the deadline for requesting records was 6/30 and there was no other number or direction provided for how to recover records after that date. Knowing who is storing the records would be of great help. Does anyone have an idea?

We also found out to late to get our daughters records and I cannot find any information on his death except that it was sudden.

I've been told to write a letter to the office address and see what happens. Apparently, there is a chance that mail will be forwarded to someone who might know where the records are.
