My son knows the driver and passenger. He tells me they were both drunk and the cars was estimated speed was 130mph when he lost control. What a dumb ass.

Anyone who is drunk and gets behind the wheel of a motor vehicle IS A DUMBASS! It certainly was a dumbass move! It's too bad he had to pay for it with his life. It's very sad for his family and friends who have to deal with the consequences of drinking and driving.

this is funny as hell first off heres the story the DAD GAVE his son the alcohol and gave him the keys to the lexus by the way you send out prayers of time and need the dad should go to jail for that right there second he should get no honor in his death in my opinion because he was doing e and other drugs not saying he had a right to die but he was asking for it and at his funeral the people that so called each other friends show up Drinking and driving some people can be so absent minded Justin Stump just died from and they are out doing it them selfs

Thats sad.But speed kills. Was it the driver or passenger that was killed? If the driver is still living he will do a stiff prison sentence.Unless his daddy is rich.In america they dont like to lock up the wealty. But I will pray for all those involved.Remember agressive driving kills. And those people must pay.

I witnessed the accident. They almost hit my car. I was told by police they were doing 139mph and I was told by friends this was the third crash due to drinking and driving and it was his third luxury car his parents bought him. I think its sad that he died but obviously he didn't learn from it or his parents. After the first accident they shouldn't of bought him another car and let him drive!

i knew justin and was pretty good friends with him. he was a good guy that made a badd discion and yes his dad did buy the alcohol but justin chose to drink and drive. he is and will forever be a example to our friends. none of us drink any more and we go to see him everyday. you people need to think what you are saying imagine if he was your child or your friend. you wouldn't want to read this types of things. you have no shame and the people who still mourn him don't appreciate the things you are saying.

Jordan, it's unfortunate but people who are not involved are going to be very passionate about your friends accident because drinking and driving effects everyone. And a lot of people won't even give two thoughts about your friend because they didn't know him. It's easy to sit back and point fingers at others' faults. I'm sure your friend would be proud to see you guys learning from his mistakes. Keep up the good work. Oh and by the way, it says a lot more about a person who can actually form sentences and doesn't use words like "r" and refrains from using childish name calling.

I just learned about Justin Stump today and hearing his mom tell the story made me upset.. For all of you who are making fun of this incident, well then you can just go to hell, you obviously dont have a heart. Because this kind of thing happens all the time and it could be someone close to you..or hopefully your fucked up self. Oh and for the families that have had to deal with the loss of a child, I'm deeply sorry and I hope life will be better from now on.

Anyone that gets behind the wheel intoxicated deserves strict punishment for puting themselves and others at risk. A slap on the wrist is NOT ENOUGH!! These young kids need their parents to be the ADULTS and set some ground rules, boot camp sounds like what these teens need.It is too bad it had to be a death sentence but maybe this is a wake-up call for out of control spoiled teenagers. I don't mean to be harsh.....but I am just throwing mt two cents out there. Hahahahahahaahaha....I'm 24, I sound like I'm 44.

i just heard his mom speak about him today for all of you to judge what he did that made him die is so wrong and disgusting! it doesn't matter what he did the fact is that he is dead and he was loved by many people and its not like no one in this world makes mistakes its just what happens when you choose to make the wrong decision, but people who are talking badly about him are losers and seriously need to get a LIFE!

I was at a presentation today where they had justins crashed car, and his mother was there to speak. I find it kind of disrespectful for those who have called him a dumbass. He made a bad decision. Everyone mades bad choices, but Justin didnt get a chance to learn from him. Hopfully his friends have, and I know I have. Just because he made one wrong choice, do not label someone a dumbass. Please have some respect!
