I have to say, Let me add this , Lets think about it for a second.. Ok The four guys,( Elvis's group ) walk in and two of them go to the bathroom, and two of them go get in line, girl walks in, gets in line, other random cuctomers get in line behind her, ok now, the other two in Elvis's group come out of the bathroom, they walk up and try to get in line with the other two, and someone says hey the line starts back there, and people speak up about them trying to go infront of everyone, maybe the girl joins and says something smart, ok and the four turn around and start in on her with insults and in her face, This is where it gets out of hand, The four were very intoxicated, and going way overboard and everyone is telling them that they need to stop harrassing her now, whats happens they get worse and start throwing the chairs and table out of the way and talking smack to all involved, she is behind them in line, and they are turned around in her face, she says get out of my face, Then starts the why what are you gonna do about it b word, i am in your face WHAT!!, and somewhere in there, somebody got spit on and someone got slapped, The boyfriend, who happens to be sitting in the parking lot waiting for her to come out with the food, as i often do when my girl go's in to get food, she calls to alert him to the madness going on inside, i am sure no one thought it would be as serious as it got, he walks in, Who spit on my girl, Aris, says i Spit on your girl, what about it.

-They all start whoopin on justin, like i said, he jumped right in to the boiling pot, hey maybe she did say my boyfriend is gonna come in here and f you up, it doesnt mean that he said it, and it doesnt mean he even knew she said it, he had no intentions of going in there to fight, but he had to go in there for her sake, would any guy wait in the parking lot for the police to arrive, which have already been called by the way, management kicks everyone out, who walked out first, i dont know, but i know they all continued to fight with justin and people were pulling them off of justin Now picture this---> have you ever been beaten by multiple Men all at once and being hit very hard, it hurts, and you get dizzy maybe in and out of concsiousness and might not be in the same state of mind, now you are in survival mode, Justin doesnt know these guys and neither does anyone else there, he doesnt know what their intentions are, they couldbe trying to beat him to death for all he knows, but they are all beating him, so the one guy gets pulled off justin by a bunch of girls and guys, another larger guy out of the crowd, grabs Aris and starts whoopin on him, Couldbe some guy who got off the freeway to get something to eat for all we know, That i dont know. Other two guys, still on justin, could it be , that justin was unconscious, and thats why people were pulling them off of him, and during a second of in and out, he took the chance to stop the threat and Had NO Choice but to stab

--Have you ever watched a professional boxing match or a fight with trained fighters, and sometimes the guy gets hit so hard and gets knocked unconscious and when he comes to, he starts swinging at the referee or whoever is closest to him, Like i said, this fight at the restaurant Didnt have a referee to pull the guy off of you when you have had enough
--Also, Take this into consideration for all that say this or that about the knife, Do you watch the news, Did you see what happened to that guy at the Dodger stadium from being beaten up, Now in the hospital in a COMA... And how about the girl who punched the guy only one time and he burst a blood vessel and died a few minutes later..So to say it was ok for them to beat on him as long as they didnt have knives, is just crazy talk, Justin is justa regular guy, he is not a strength trainer, or a strength trainers brother or friend, and Elvis might have not been a trained fighter, but he is the type of person who would be training the fighters on how to be stronger...
***Part of His bio from ladera ranch personal training***
Certified by the prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association, Elvis has applied his skills as a strength trainer and a performance enhancement specialist for sports organizations that included the critical initial training programs for beginning age athletes

-Like i said before, I am sure Elvis and friends were very well liked and well known, But they Had way too much to drink, do they drink everyday, i dont know, but if they dont, then that would be more of a reason that they became so intoxicated when they were drinking at the Club, I am not saying that they had bad intentions that night, all i am saying is that, they werent being rational and calming down like a Non intoxicated person would, and maybe they werent even aware of just what they were doing, people often blackout and continue on with there night and dont remember anything that happen when they were drunk, and they wake up and people have to tell them all of the stipid things that they were doing ....Thats the reality of the situation

First off, I'm sorry for the families and friends who lost their loved ones.
Well, in my opinion and not that anyone is asking for it..... It may be in the prosecutors position to prove that the GF called the BF in for a fight. That phone call there will get the GF in trouble and prosecutors will try to prove that she knew of the BF's knife. Next, prosecutors will try to prove his intentions with the knife was to stab one of the opposing parties. By stabbing the victim and then fleeing the crime scene will not make him look innocent in front of a jury. Two strikes and carrying a knife equals bad news. His past will come up in the sentencing part of the trial if convicted.
Only about 1-5% of self defense cases win and that is usually on the basis of insanity. Self defense has to be proved on the spur of the moment. When the GF knew there was trouble, she should have just left instead of letting her wounded pride get the best of her and the BF by calling her BF in for backup. Better take the plea bargain.
Sad, no one wins. Two are dead, and two are looking at serious jail time for an albatross burrito that is in my opinion very dry and tasteless. Needs salt.
