The owner, Mario, is among the most unreasonable and rudest people I have ever encountered. I thought perhaps it might just have been my experience, however, reading others' comments, this is not the case.
My first (and hopefully only) experience with Mario was as a fellow employee within the Orchard at Saddleback shopping center. I was absolutely blown away by his pettiness and rude behavior--I had hoped to resolve an employee parking situation by introducing myself and talking with Mario to reach an understanding and agreement. His response was yelling, and to tell me I was not allowed in his store and that I was trespassing (which he said within 30 seconds of my entering his store)--as it is private property, he has every right to refuse service. As a fellow business within the center, I had hoped to have an amicable discussion and develop a supportive relationship with another store--Mario was clearly uninterested in a reasonable discussion from the moment I walked into the store.
I will NEVER again enter this store, would not recommend to anyone at anytime.

First and foremost this guy is not a customer. He is an employee of a different store, who has consistently been violating the property rules, by parking in spots by my store, which are designated for customers. When I discovered who it was, I reported it to the property manager and this issue should have ended there period. However, when she called him and asked him not to do it anymore, apparently this was not acceptable to him. Instead he chose to barge into my store and confront me about this. I initially advised him that this is NOT a conversation we should be having and if he had any objections or concerns, he should take it up with the property manager. He then got augmentative and that's when I wanted him out of my store.
His claim that he wanted to have an amicable discussion is bogus. If he came in to apologize for using customer spaces, I would have shaken his hand and the matter would have been settled. Alternatively, since he feels itís his privilege to use customer parking spots by my store, he could have discussed it with the property manger and tried to get an exception to the rule. However, he certainly has no business barging into my store to argue about this, which is clearly evident that this guy does not understand right protocol and itís amazing that he accuses me of being rude!!

What does it matter if Mario has no "Official Website". I find that Mario is a very honest and helpful business man. He truely wants the best for his customers and works hard to have an excellent relationship with anyone who comes to his shop. Just go there and you will see how he really is. I have purchased shoes from him and also turned down his suggestions, leaving without a purchase. He has never been rude or disrespectful.

I have bought shoe and socks from Mario for 2 years. I appreciate the time and effort he put in the help me resolve my sore feet. When I walked out the doo my issues were resolved and my feet have not hurt since.

Mario is a pro. You would not get Mario's kind of service even at Nordstrum's

Thank you for posting Mario. The other business owner has no clue on business ethics.

You have been very respectful has a store owner and a neighboring business. I have heard of no complaints from other persons leasing here. Since you have decided not to mention the owner or the name of the business I will respect that and also refrain from posting such information.

I will say that the person in question has tried to win me over. I would not have got myself involved in the other business owner kept it between the two of you.

Mario is quite knowledgeable and very helpful.
We bought my wife a pair of shoes while on vacation. My only regret is that we did not purchase a couple more pair.
Every time whe puts them on, she points at her feet and tells me "Look honey. I have happy feet!"
