Oil prices near $72 despite robust supplies

Toyota Motor Corp. will produce a fun but affordable sports car as the world's largest automaker seeks a return to profitability with vehicles that meet customers' desire for fuel efficiency without sacrificing style, company president Akio Toyoda said Wednesday.

i have had toyotas since 1978 and loved the 1987 mr2...lasted 8 years...my current 2003 celica is great except for the clutch. the 6 gears seem to be a problem. i have had to replace it twice, once at 24,000 and recently at 57,000. i've always driven toyota manual cars and never, ever had to replace a clutch...it's difficult to get the car in first gear...if it weren't for the beeping noise the reverse makes, i'd be reversing instead of going forward....scary.....i look forward to the new sports car very much....
