GRANDMA FUDD: It is also a total farce that you assume that your indirect reference to hanging a "primate" is appropriate and respectful. As I have said before, there are a few of us out there that make too many references to hanging this guy, who happens to be Black. In my travels and on similar blogs, I did not notice anybody saying that we should hang John Couey. Is he a primate?A hank of good rope and a tree limb would cost millions less than what this wasted court trial is going to, and be far, far more effective as a real deterent to any more of these primates who think they can get away with what he did. So we try him, convict him, and sentence him. Alll that does is turn on decades of appeals and expert witnesses, countless challenges as one screwy charge after another has to be heard at each level all the way up to the Federal Supreme Court and finally he dies of old age or is killed in prison by a fellow inmate ? What a total farce.
I did not say that capital punishment should not be given to this guy. Leon used crime as a way to try to gain an unfair and illegal advantage over other folks and society at large, and the severity of these recent crimes committed warrants the most severe punishment.
But I'm sick of these damn references to hanging and trees and crap. Forget about Leon, he's done. Let us all concern ourselves with praying best wishes for the victims, and we all know where the baby Mike Jr. is--he's in Heaven. I'm sure of that.
