Gardner is innocent. Polk County Sheriff told the witnesses to shut up when they tried to speak up and explain what had happened. The child's mother failed to bathe the kid in over a week leaving him dirty and in pain because the dirt collected around his penis and when he used the bathroom he cried in pain and Gardner responded. Gardner pulled down the foreskin of the penis to clear away the debris to relieve the child's pain. Gardner was talking to him while he was helping, explaining how the DNA got there, not to mention the finger DNA. Polk County Judges own the jailhouses in Polk County and recieve money for the number of inmates they have according to what the inmates are in for, Sheriff and Judges have personal gain here, isn't that against the law?? Witnesses where never questioned regarding this, only told to shut up. But they took the statement of the child's mother who was not there, who was angry with the Gardner because Mrs. Gardner closed the daycare the Friday before school started to seek another job. Too Bad Grady forgot Mrs. Gardner applied for a Deputy Sheriff position back in March 2012 so he lied when he went on TV said this was only leading to Gardner's guilt. The first thing said to Sheriff investigating was the daycare in now closed. Grady LIED on TV and to the public. How can he get away with this? Polk county sheriff ruined the name of a great man, who they are holding prisoner for something he didn't do, witnesses can clear his name and they are refusing to treat his medical concerns.
