Our society is sick! This is spreading like a plague, and people committing horrible crimes continues to grow by leaps and bounds. The woman in question was kicked out of her parent's home and a friend's home. Her mother claims she was not taking care of the baby, my question is if that is so, why did the Grandmother not keep the baby with her? It sounds to me like Grandma is no better than daughter was, and that's were she was taught to be like that. So sad for that poor little boy, but maybe he is better off where he is now. May he rest in peace.

If there was a way our society could somehow mandate that Norplant be inserted into the arms of these broodmares, I am convinced many of our societal problems would go away in two or three generations.

People don't always read over what they have written before posting it, some people are writing in English as their second or third language and some people just cannot write very well. Just give it a rest because it doesn't matter! If you understood it despite misspellings and errors in grammar, then just read it and move on with your lives. Not to mention the fact that you only finding one error in that message says a whole he1l of a lot about your skills in editing. So if I were you I might be inclined to keep that crap to myself.

This was no ordinary crime. It was more than A CRIME OF PASSION. It was A DESPERATE CRIME OF COMPASSION by a very loving mother, and she needs to be exculpated and the village needs to accept its responsibility in this tragedy and set Tiffany free, and then help her to rebuild her life. THIS IS WHAT IS IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE.
The person who gave us the best criterion to judge her by in this A CRIME OF COMPASSION was Police Chief Ray Schultz. "What makes this story especially sad was when asked the reason why she took Ty's life, Tiffany said that she did not want him to grow up with no one caring about him the same way that she had grown up with no one caring about her," said Police Chief Ray Schultz, his eyes watery and his voice thick with emotion."
"The child reportedly was very healthy, very well-nourished and looked well taken care of, so there has to be something really clear for them to report," [County Attorney] Brandenburg said of Ty. This is in conflict with the claims of neglect.
There is such a thing as A CRIME OF PASSION in which a defendant is rightfully acquitted for lacking the necessary element of premeditation. In Tiffany's case, THIS IS A CRIME OF COMPASSION where the mother suffered and despaired as to what to do after losing her job, after being kicked out off her mother’s place and from a friend’s place, and then homeless and most probably hungry and without shelter sought help for her Ty and for herself. Desperate she sought help from the police, but the police turned her away.
THIS WAS A CRIME OF COMPASSION. TIFFANY MUST BE SET FREE, THE BODY OF HER SON MUST BE RETURNED TO HER FOR HER TO DECIDED AS TO HIS LAST RIGHTS AND WERE, AND THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO NEEDS TO MAKE HER WHOLE.
