Don't believe anything the news tells you other than the intangible facts that can't be speculated, which are as follows: she was murdered, she was burned, then buried. events leading up to that may as well have been pulled out of the reporters asses and should be treated as such.
I've known Chris for a couple years, and i know he wouldn't lay anything but a loving hand on a woman, and that he isn't the one who killed her. even if he "had his friend's back". he just wouldn't. when we were in a band together, he couldn't even hit any of us no matter how mad he got or how much he wanted to. This wasn't about anything that had to do with snowboarding at all. this was some sick manifestation of vengeance from Ryan for the girl's boyfriend having him jumped

I'll agree that there is no way to get an accurate account of what happened from most media these days.

you may say that it is moraly wrong to induce the death sentance, and that their 'concious values' have been slaughtered...but do you think its acceptable for these kind of peope to only server about 5-6 years of a 15-20 year sentance? as thats the general case of what happens, no sentance is long enough, if they get 'life' then it should mean life, not to be let out for 'good behaviour' later down the line.
