3 charged in armed robbery case

Authorities charged three people Monday in connection with an October robbery. The Bay County Sheriff's Office arrested and charged Joshua Wayne Peters, 18, Karlee Amanda Hooper, 16, and James Daniel Ezell, 17, all of Panama City Beach.

In Panama City Beach only the criminals with no connections have to do time for their crimes. The others just pay a judge.
