THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES!! THEY STOLE $300.99 FROM ME. They do not have a business license in Santa Clara, CA. I called the city. Their address is a mail center (like a PO BOX). I let them put me off past 60 days and was not able to dispute the charges with my credit card. And this company refused to return my money and now my emails. Because they don't have an actually address you cannot find they to sue them.

Dealer Cost Audio Ripoff

I ordered a set of speakers via their website on April 26, 2010. The estimated shipping time was two weeks. After the two weeks came and passed I contacted them via email. I was told to give it a little while longer. All the while I never received a tracking number or an update of any kind from the retailer. About two weeks later, again I ask by email about the merchandise (can never reach them via phone) this time I am ignored. I try several times by phone to contact them to no avail. Finally I send an email demanding a refund and have since been ignored. This retailer needs to be investigated immediately for fraud/theft. I am going to personally make sure the entire US Atlantic Fleet knows not to shop from this retailer.

Total scam. No product, no money back, after 2 months and many attempts on my part. They even threatened my company and looked up personal info on me, when I made a bad review. Call BBB, FBI, FTC, California Attorney General if you have burned by these crooks too. Do not believe their lies. If they cannot get a product to you within a month, they are in FTC violation, and you need to dispute the charges and let the authorities know. They do not sell the 30,000 units they claim to, and have terrible reviews everywhere including 1,000 complaints and an F rating on BBB. If you are not already stuck in their trap, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I placed my order Monday, May 31st, 2010 and still have not received a tracking number or my items dispite them charging my card right away. I have been told one too many times to wait 2-3 days. I've already made arrangments with my credit card company to have this taken care of and if these guys think they are going to get any kind of money from a refund or anything, they have another thing coming. Do not do business with this company. I really think they run this thing out of their basement. The phones are constantly busy and the e-mail replies are very poor. I received one that said nothing more than "2-3 Days". I am fed up. I will post an update on how the lawsuit filing went to help out with anybody elses' problems. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Well, I have been ripped off as well. I bought a car stereo from them back in June. The total cost was $103.99. They sent me an email stating it would be shipped soon and that I would be getting a tracking number. They said if I don't receive a tracking number within 7 business days, to contact them. After 7 business days I contacted them and they said "That should ship shortly. The MP345U will be updated soon." I ordered the MP342U, not the MP345U. A few days later, still no tracking number. I emailed them again stating "If this order has not shipped, please cancel my order and refund my money for this item immediately." They then said " Just let us know what to do." I wrote "Please refund my money back to my credit card immediately. That is what I need you to do. Thank you." They write back "So if the MP345U can ship today, it wouldn't work? I said "No, I am afraid not. That is not even the reciever I am ordering. Please refund immediately. Thank you." They then wrote "Canceled."
I have yet to see a refund. I have since reported this to my Credit card issuer and let them know this. However, they have decided to not respond to me any more and are not refunding my money.
WATCH OUT for these guys. I am amazed they can continue to operate like they do. They need to be closed down and investigated so we can get our money back and so they cannot continue to take people's money.

I fell vicitim to this website. I order a product on 5/18/10 and have yet to receive it or a refund. I received an email tonight stating that I should check with my bank because the refund processed fine on their end. They stated that they have been having "intermittent refunds lately that are out of [their] control". HEAR THAT EVERYONE!!!! THEY REFUNDED YOUR MONEY BUT IT'S NOT THEIR PROBLEM IF YOU DIDN'T GET IT!! Ha ha, whatever. I do not think they ever initiated a refund nor do the intend to. I have filed complaints with the FTC, IC3, BBB, and will file with my local law enforement agencies and VISA tomorrow. Whoever gave this company a four star rating is out of their mind!

THEIVES.... I fell victim as well. Ordered a Viper Car Alarm System ($246.00)on May 25, 2010 it is now August 11th. Paid 27.00 for Express Shipping. When item didn't arrive I cancelled the order. Have been emailing back and forth since hearing the same excuses. "Should see it back shortly" "1 to 2 business days", etc... Looks like I won't be seeing my money. I'm heading off to College and could really use it. WHAT LOSERS!

i ordered a pare of mephis pr1 speekers from dealer cost and never recived them and cant get answers by phone or e-mail. i have a brother liveing in california,he went to the adress given by dealer cost and found its a,the lady there said that others have been looking also.

I just got burned by them for $300.00
After I complained they offered to give me back my money. Still waiting. The BBB said would look into it. 3 months later The BBB told me that if the company doesn't respond there is nothing they can do. I just filed a complaint with the State attorney general. If these people cant shut these people down and get us our money back why are they getting paid?
I would even give up my money just to have 20 minutes alone in a room with the guy behind this.

these guys probably failed out of high school..and thought it would be easy to run an e commerce business.
to find out thei real address.---
I suggest contacting NETWORK SOLUTONS---which is their hosting company..the court can have network solutions subpenad for the negligent acts this
"company" set forth
it seems everyone on this board can deliever a meaningful breach of contract on DCCA's part..we can sue these guys via class action and get them shut down.. theres not as smart as they think..

How are these folks still in business.. I am glad I looked up some reviews just (Which I never do) but glad I did this time because I have sitting in the "Shopping Cart" on their website $2,568.00 worth of stuff I was just about to punch in my cc number for... Well I am really glad I didn't go through with it before I read these reviews... Thanks guys, hope you can get in court with them and get them a hundred years, plus your money back with interest... Wow ! Thanks guys and gals , was just getting ready to drop 280.00 on speakers and amp. Just when I was getting my credit card , I paused and said to myself "better check the reviews ".. Well you all saved me almost 300.00 thaxs again..

Thanks to u people, I was just going to spend over $1000, on car audio stuff but reading these reviews comments ,its does seem like a scam to me . I'm so happy that I did not fell victim !!!
