Medina City Schools Doubles Levy

Obviously not listening to the community, the board of education decided to almost double the levy they are asking for on the May ballot. The teachers contract has been being "negotiated" since last June with no result. The MCS just received a payment of over $640,000 for the latest sales tax disbursement....which they conveniently never mention.
It is time to elect a new board that can do what they need to do to move the district forward. They seem to be in the same mode as the Congress.

You said it, they obviously think all the homeowners are rolling in money to fork out.
The board are the ones who don't care about the parents who are struggling to pay thier house payments and seeing their property taxes keep rising.
Look at the salaries of the people in the school system, that says is all.
People need to vote it down, to be that arrogant to double the levy shows they have learned nothing!

And now we wondered why they doubled the levy we must pay lots of money so our kids can be smart like the crooks running the schools.
