bad service from KIA Dealership in TN

I just wanted to let you all know about a few things that happened to me at a dealership in Knoxville. For one I own a Kia Sedona, it is a 2010 and it has 26,000 miles on it. It has already eaten up four tires. I brought it in before and asked the service manager why it was eating up tires. He replied that the back go first, so I explained physics to him and told him that there was a serious issue here. The service mgr did not say a word. I asked him if I was going to get some new tires, he replied no, so that really upset me, so I realized that I was going nowhere and I drove it until the tires were totally ruined. I took it to sears for new tires and they saw what the issue was, they came in and told me to come with them and have a look. It was a bar on the right rear and it pulled the tire in, they tried to adjust it, but they told me that it is still being pulled in, so that really upset me. I got the new tires and drove it to the Kia dealer. I informed the service manager about what had happened and I even gave him a document explaining what Sears had found. He read it and pushed it back towards me and told me when I wanted to bring it in. I told him that I could do it on the 6th, but I needed a rental. The service Manager told me that he was not going to give me a rental and that no dealership does so I explained to him that the salesman told me that you guys give out rentals and I told him that the salesman is no longer here, so what am I supposed to do, he told me to go rent a car, then bring it in and that the reason why the salesman is no longer there is that he lied to me. I got upset and told him that I wanted to talk to his boss. He told me that I am already talking to the guy that makes the final decision, so I told him that I guess that the tires are on me as well too huh? He replied yes…This is wrong I said... He smiled and said sorry….Now this is not the first time I dealt with this arrogant young inexperienced person….My van broke down due to some accelerator sensor, I took it in and all they did was reset the sensor, they needed to replace it, so I asked what if it happens again…His reply….Well wait until it does, then I will order a new one…Wow………So before you buy a Kia from this very new dealership near Kingston pike you need to know a few things.

1) You will not get a rental, so don’t listen to them…You buy it….It’s yours. They won’t even fix it…
2) They lied to me, so they will lie to you…They promised rentals when your car is in the shop….That was verbal, now they did make you sign a form that said that they do not have to provide you one, but that is for oil changes and minor things that take about an hour or so, so I signed it, but I did ask the salesman if we got rentals and he assured me that they do give out rentals, so beware….They don’t…They won’t even fix it the way it should be fixed
