The way you stop people like vance is to make it a law that all people who get checks take and PASS random drug test. You also make it a LAW that people who get money from the tax payers cannot be lawbreakers. NO rapist, ho's, crack users, or idiots who say "I gots mental problems" yet they are smart enough to buy and drink beer with the free money.
THAT would be a big cut in the crime rate, that and stop feeding the scumbag thugs in prison any food. Also, ghetto communities like Marianna Arkansas need to quit having so many bustard (mis-spelled on purpose)children.

ok ... I feel your anger ...as you have read the above quotes I would think that there are some in that community that share the same feelings as you do toward vance...but as for striking against the community ,(ghetto community as you called it) yes it is a poverty city..and a lot like other small towns..non-thriving..economica lly poor...(and it just didn't get that way over night)But..that don't give you the right to say the community raised a killer...you should look around at yours...As of 2000 (bet this has went up since then)it stated one murder..51 RAPES..33 robbery..aggravated assault 205..burglary 420...theft 1350..motor vehicle thefts 130..Joe Collins killed 1998 in home outside nacogdoches, there is a gregoria martinez missing since July ,kyle Barnhill murdered his wife that news article was 3/18/09 soooo...the WORLD is not what we would like it to be...and I'm sorry this tragedy happened...a tragedy like this could happen in any of our lives at any given moment..May God Bless You and give you the strength to overcome..
