Pleae call the Attorney Generals Office if you haven't received your picture and also be aware that again in 2009 he is going door to door in our area selling to people unaware of his intentions. I am the person in this article and I truly wish to help friends and neighbors.

I was scammed by Mark Dubuque in 2007. I gave Blue Sky Aerial Portraits, Inc. a total of $422.94 and have not received my photos as of 4/23/2009. I left numerous messages and sent 2 letters.
