Hope Joe Stoll didn't 'taint' his reporting abilities.

When they are done bragging on their awards, and their the best and we are first, there is no time for news let alone weather |

This is to the Station Manager. Since you went digital, your broadcast have not always been good. We get streaks thru the picture and often total black for several minutes. This happens on live --- as news, soaps and night time shows also. Of course we can watch a perfect broadcast on Channel 7, but then there is no local news. Are you working on this constant problem?

You'd best try their web site link and jot a note to them. WTHI "washed their hands" of Topix awhile back. http://www.wthitv.com/ |

I'm not sure whether she was trying to contact the GM of WTHI or WLFI, but a post on this forum is likely not going to net the results she wants. Direct contact is advised.
For the record, I live probably 45 miles from WTHI's transmitter site and get their digital signal just fine with rabbit ears. I have not experienced anything like the poster mentioned. |
|
I had that same problem with 10's signal. I moved my antenna around until it got good.

Oops, my bad! You're right exnewsie -- claire may have been wanting WLFI GM's attention. I guess TH Forum guided my mindset, even though Chad has gone on.
I'm approximately the same distance from the xmitter towers for the TH stations using either an outside antenna or an amplified indoor one (VHF/UHF modes). I do get an occasional signal drop, freeze, or distorted audio on any of the 3 TH stations. I should 'fine-tune' my outdoor antenna orientation. I will switch to indoor with a problem signal to adjust the orientation of the indoor -- usually helps. |

Chad - keep up the good work. I've watched ya online and you're doing great there. Great fit for you. You can't beat the technology.

Judged: 1 1 1 Terre Haute. The chick who replaced Evans is eye candy, and a mannequin could replace Joe Stoll extremely well. All Evans ever did was cater to the 5 residents of Perrysville, and all Stoll ever did was stick a microphone into the face of someone walking to or from the courthouse in an orange jumpsuit and ask, "Did you do it ?" Crackerjack journalism... Good riddens - Try another career path. |

All the dorks at WTHI need to learn how to predict the weather..They couldn't predict a freakin sunrise and get it right..I never have seen such incompetence....well maybe except for Obama and his thugs...
