The Real Life Coach AOL	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #3 Aug 4, 2009 It is already "private". USPS gets no Government funding. Truth is we have an excellent postal system. Compared to the rest of the world, the rates we pay are far too low. They are serving a declining market.
