Lackawanna police charge several with drugs and threats
A 20-year-old Lackawanna man arrested with three friends when police found heroin and hypodermic needles in his vehicle Monday evening was arrested again less than two hours later ... accused of threatening a neighbor and throwing a wrench at him.
