Folks I need some advice. I have a relative who owes alot of money for his electric bill. Problem is he is an unemployed veteran who is going to school. He also, has no car, no Internet and I honestly do not know where to go....

-Call the utility company itself, they can usually give you a list of names of organizations that help
-Try cool down st. louis.
-The closet food pantry may have a list of names.
